After a few months of waiting, we finally have a coordinator for our OpenPlace teen activities, so we’re ready to start up again.
Join us for our grand re-opening THIS Thursday, May 2 from 3p-5p at the Pizza Hut across the street from Owasso High School and meet Rev. Bob Lawrence, the new administrator for our OpenPlace activities.
We’ll have free pizza and soft drinks for everyone, permission slips to participate in future activities, and the special permission slips for those who will be joining us at the Equality Gala on Saturday, May 4.
Let us know what kind of pizza you want by leaving a comment. And, if you have any other questions or comments, just leave a comment. Feel free to invite others. Your responses will help us make sure we get the right number of pizzas, so please let us know if you can make it.

OPEN PLACE OWASSO is a gathering of a diverse group of teens in and around Owasso who want to support each other and their friends.
Learn how to stand up against bullying. We have lots of resources about inclusion and being gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, questioning. We have movies, books and magazines. AND, we provide dinner, snacks and beverages.
Hang out, support each other or just be you.
