Pastor Melinda Foster leads our church in taking passive resistant action against Westboro Baptist Church to counter their hateful protests against a gay student writer at Rogers State in Claremore:

Westboro Baptist Church is protesting the showing of a play written by a gay student at Rogers State University today at 5:15 p.m. I am going to leave at 4:20 so we can be there by 5:00. This is a silent protest and we are bringing brooms to sweep away the hate when Westboro leaves at 6:00. I would love to take several people with me. I know it is short notice.
